"A Call to Arms for the Baby Boom Generation"
Biography
DAVID MILLS, is an associate regional editor for patch.com, an online news service owned by AOL. Prior to this job, David was a writer/producer at KPIX-TV, the CBS affiliate in San Francisco, for 17 years. He is a 34-year veteran of the news business.

Dave ran track and cross country in high school and college. He revived his athletic desire in July 2007, when he completed his first triathlon – a “sprint distance.' He still exercises every day and runs in an occasional 5-kilometer race.

He has two beautiful daughters and two fantastic grandchildren. He lives in Walnut Creek, California, with his marvelous wife, Mary, who has worked as a pre-school teacher since 1989.

Dave just turned 57 and believes his best years are still ahead. He's living his next 10,000 days to the fullest. That's the inspiration behind his book, “10,000 Days: A Call to Arms for the Baby Boom Generation.” In it, he urges Baby Boomers to make the most of their next 10,000 days.

Dave certainly plans to do so.
